SB 1076 - Sen. Witkos (GOP) response to my foia request

Please be advised that I have received or produced no document in regard to SB 1076. The only documents I have received are emails expressing either support or opposition to the bill, none of which I have replied to or plan to reply to.

And he is refusing to provide me with records I asked for (asking for records relating to the new gun bill in the PSS committee).

I have filed FOIA requests with ALL PSS committee members as well as the governor ... about sb 1076 (the 59 page omnibus bill)

Looks like they hate the first amendment as much as the second.

This is HIS committee's bill .. so he is fully aware of its contents...now he says he has no intention of replying to constituents queries about the bill.

That's a good platform to get re-elected even if he does not favor the bill. He should answer his voters.
