Looks like SB 829 will be law - effects BFPE hearing process?

does the BFPE require the towns be represented by an attorney at the hearings? as I saw it, it was any employee of that municipality that could represent the town, didn't have to be an attorney, just someone to speak their side of the case

The BPFE regs are silent on this question .. I argued this point .. and the town's lawyer then got involved ...

So currently, the law requires a lawyer to represent a corporation ... was wondering how others viewed the bill , which will likely pass.
