SB 286: Eddie Fulmer on Mobile's 106.5 FM Talk show with Pete Reihm

On March 28, 2013, Eddie Fulmer was on Mobile's 106.5 FM Talk show with Pete Reihm. He explains Alabama Senate Bill 286, and "clears the air" of all the misconceptions and mongering that the Alabama Sheriff's Association is promoting in opposition of the bill.
Eddie explains the difference in May Issue and Shall Issue in regards to pistol permits, pointing out the fact that Alabama is the last state in the south that still has this racially-produced bill from the 50's on the books. All other slavery states have changed their laws regarding May Issue. Eddie explains that Alabama, being in the category along with California, NY, CT, NJ, MI and other northern states.
Alabama still clings to laws that remind every older black and poor man why they weren't allowed to carry a gun in the 50's and 60's.Some of these people are still denied that right today.
We the People in Alabama have a State Constitution that is being ignored. You hear from our Sheriffs and politicians that they believe in your Second Amendment Rights. BUT...That BUT being they believe in your Second Amendment Rights as long as they CONTROL these rights.
Gun Control only disarms the honest Law Abiding Citizen...Criminals do not follow laws..
