Does any one know when SB 150 is supposed to take effect? I know it doesnt alter the right of OC, but I plan on getting my CCDW soon, and was curious. I have already been a resident of KY for over the previously required 6 months, but the reduction in the time from submitting to issuance may be worth the wait...

Right now they have 90 to either approve or deny you. They will not usually take that long. If you wait a month and then it goes to 60 days then you didn't gain anything.

They'll get them issued almost in order that they receive them.
