Madisonville City Council adopted an amendment on CDW

In other business, the council adopted an amendment to its ordinance governing concealed deadly weapons on city property. The change focused on posting signs in the portions of city buildings where concealed deadly weapons are prohibited, with exceptions for law enforcement personnel.


Councilman Mark Lee said the amendment brings the city’s ordinance in line with state mandates.
