The front door to the One Stop state office in Florence has a gun buster sign then
states the cw site. ( ? KRS 237.115 SP2 ? may not be the same site that was stated)
With this being a state office what are the rules for OC?
Does 67.870 do anything here?

It would be helpful and might allow more responses if you told us what a "One Stop state office" is.

Unemployment and job services office.
Its been named that for years.
What difference would the name make as long as its a state office

Just found this.
One Stop Northern Kentucky is a partnership of organizations working together under one roof to help meet the workforce needs of businesses and job seekers. Partnering organizations include the following:
•Brighton Center, Inc
•Northern Kentucky Community Action Commission
•Gateway Community and Technical College
•Kentucky Adult Education
•Northern Kentucky Area Development District
•Office of Employment and Training
•Kentucky Department for Community Based Services
•Vocational Rehabilitation
•Kentucky Office for the Blind

I think they should fall under one of these.

65.870 Local firearms control ordinances prohibited -- Exemption from immunity -- Declaratory and injunctive relief.
(1) No existing or future city, county, urban-county government, charter county, consolidated local government, unified local government, special district, local or regional public or quasi-public agency, board, commission, department, public corporation, or any person acting under the authority of any of these organizations may occupy any part of the field of regulation of the manufacture, sale, purchase, taxation, transfer, ownership, possession, carrying, storage, or transportation of firearms, ammunition, components of firearms, components of ammunition, firearms accessories, or combination thereof.

Anyone know?
