All over a man with an umbrella :eek: The ignorance of the gun paranoid is really amazing.

The original 'sighting' was by a faculty member..... wanna bet they teach a liberal arts, or artsy fartsy course.

Not long ago, Greenville had a similar umbrella threat several blocks from ECU campus. It became known as the "gunbrella" threat.
There were college, city, county and state police running across the locked down campus with guns drawn (as seen on local news) for a better part of the morning until the offending umbrella carrier was isolated. He admitted he thought it was safe to carry in the event of rainfall. What an idiot!
