Trip to vegas. some Q's

Im from Michigan and i was looking into if i can open carry in vegas "Not north vegas or on the strip." Also under what conditions could you carry in terms of it loaded and one in the chamber. I know ho michigan is just looking for some info in vegas.


Also anyone in vegas any way you could get me some ammo and we could meet up when i get down there and pay you for it then? I have no idea on how ammo supply is there and i wont be able to ship my carry ammo. Just some .357 sig i'll pay for it and give you some cash. This is just a what if case if i go down there some time.


If anyone who knows some info on this and wants to help me out just pm me or i can give you my number and you can text me. Be nice to know someone there who can tell me what places carry my ammo and if they usually stock it or not.


Also thanks for any and all help. I know i should of searched but im tired and pretty stressed out today so sorry for posting a question that has been asked a ton of times in here.

Welcome to OC.org. You are good to go in Las Vegas with one in the tube. If you are asked to leave private property you must or be cited for trespass. I assume you are not going to go into government buildings and if parks are an issue, it depends on where you go. Let us know where you will be going and we can fill you in on details.

As for ammo all I can tell you it is in short supply here as well. You would just have to check gun shops when you get to town.

I carry ready fully charged and ready to go. No law in NV for handguns as far as one in the chambered. Strip open carry no problem. If spotted with an open carried firearm in a casino most likely will be asked to leave and come back without the firearm, and as the Big Guy says not leaving can ramp it up to a trespass.

No problem with OCing in most business. Restaurants, stores, shopping centers majority have no issue with ocing.

As far as Ammo the one thing I can add to the Big Guys info is www.nevadashooters.com has a Ammunition thread with daily posting of stores and shops that has Ammo.
