    Gary Gun Buyback

Would be nice if a group of people find a way to block this buyback by buying the guns from under the city... all while open carrying and educating the locals.

Too bad I moved to Texas.

From an old Hoosier; probably before you were born, around the middle to late 70s Gary decided to eliminate CCW in the city by refusing to accept any application. They figured the CCW was "Shall Issue" if the application was accepted, so they just wouldn't accept any.

Got sued and lost "Big Time" nice to see some things haven't changed since I left.

I lived in Bloomington most my life, it seemed anytime an IU student got in serious trouble it was an import from "Da Region".

Do it. It's not illegal and you just might end up with some good finds.

My comment that I left is still awaiting moderation. I'd bet it doesn't get approved.
