SB829 passes senate - make changes to who can represent towns - BFPE related

If passed, and I think its a horrible bill, would allow anyone to represent the towns in BFPE hearings (and elsewhere).

Senate voted 34-0 .. so you know something is horribly wrong

Passed the house. Its the last sentence .. it would allow admin agencies to allow almost anyone to act as legal representative ... IMO..its says "Superior Court" but the courts could rule that this would include quasi-judicial courts as well.
