Uhggg. I know what you mean, a SERPA????

Note, however, that Georgia is NOT an open carry state, so this may not help Georgia residents directly. Don't carry openly in Georgia without a weapons permit.
Isn't that a bit like saying, Georgia is NOT a state where you can drive a car. Don't drive a car in Georgia without a driver's permit?

If Mr Steakley was going to mention Georgia, he could have at least used a picture from a Georgia Event. It's not like there aren't a few....
GCO Lunch & Fundraiser @ US Cafe in Buckhead, and the specific page with a link to photos/
The last photo had me a bit worried at first, I thought he was responding to a "MWAG" call. Imagine my relief when his first words were, "Ima let you finish your sandwich, but let me show you the awesome holsters I make first.*"

*Kanye West reference, not actual words, offer void where prohibited by law, intended for mature audiences only.

Apparently the website isn't designed to handle more than a couple dozen hits a day, it seems to have crashed...

Table './steakley_steakley/rdhtk_session' is marked as crashed and should be repaired SQL=INSERT INTO `rdhtk_session` (`session_id`, `client_id`, `time`) VALUES ('5282f0e98a794bebdb1ebac7f58de1f2', 0, '1367687397')

The ruling the site refers goes much much further than just OC, while it is good ruling for OC, it is a good ruling for the 4th amendment and ones ability to keep private their private matters when there is no crime involved. Something that most of us already knew, that if there is no PC for a search there can be no legal arrest for concealed carry. Concealed carry without permits went on long before permit laws were passed without the CCer having problem. I myself would not arrest for CC if I happened to know the person was carrying unless there was a crime. Back 35 years ago it was a common practice, even in the Socialist Republic of Illinois.

The problem of recent is that prosecutors and police have become anal and lost all common sense. If I wish to conceal carry I will, without a permit. I just prefer OC. Same goes for restaurant carry, it just happens I have choices in restaurants that do not serve alcohol.

Apparently I caught the site at just the right time.

Here's the picture:

The fact that the holster is a Serpa did not catch my attention until Fallschirmjäger mentioned it. I was reminded of a certain OCDO member's hip when I saw the picture. Guess the name and win a lemon-lime lollypop.

stay safe.

4th Circuit says open carry is not sufficient Probable Cause to support a stop. Well, yeah, we already knew that but it's nice that the 4th Circuit reminded everybody.

But the photo that was selected for the story!!??!!

Is that hip one that we Virginians have had thrust in our faces before?

stay safe.

I'm sure I've seen that hip before:uhoh:

Maybe doing the bump and grind with local police and politicians:eek::uhoh::eek:

So what's your preferred holster instead of a SERPA?

More importantly, do they make it for a XD-40sc?
