You never know what someone is gonna do when you pull them over!

Interesting at the end when the female cop fires the final shots sounds like she had a GLOCK 17 by the number of rounds.

Sounds to me just before the final barrage that I heard a male voice in the audio saying "KILL ME"

If so, then clearly this is at minimum a suicide by cop!

And the BG was OC'ing a LONG GUN in a location that does not prohibit handgun OC so, it probably violates that other rule!

Well, it is more evidence that bad guys will immediately be bad guys without warning.

So, when you come to my window, and I advise you (despite no legal requirement to do so) that I am armed, STOP TREATING ME LIKE A BAD GUY, too!
