We recently had a somewhat similar event in our area where a person ended up being charged with inducing panic. The state argued that the individual caused "serious public inconvenience or alarm." The judge disagreed and dismissed the case saying the police were only doing their job. The judge cited the 2011 case of State vs. Campbell.

I think the police OVERdid their job in this case, creating a mini-Boston-shutdown. They induced unnecessary fear in the public around this kid's house.

The Municipal Court Judge "TYRONE YATES" that handled this case is an idiot. He gets overruled all the time. But, keeps getting reelected.

And they had the neighbors "shelter in place". Just like Boston.

We really need to nip this emerging meme in the bud. As far as I'm aware there are no Constitutionally (state or fed) delegated powers for the cops to force me to stay in my home, assuming I'm not a criminal or on some kind of criminal detention.

Or actively interfering with one of their LAWFUL operations. Of course, you'd be amazed what they consider a lawful operation and interference!
