where they are in the legislative process
Here's the overall info on the bills.
Notice the people who support each one - the anti-rights folks are predictable.

Something I didn't notice before - one of the punishments if convicted is that the person could be prohibited from possessing a firearm for up to 2 years.
All of the fiscal estimates are 'indeterminate', but they only look at the cost to the government. We have to make our reps aware of the cost to citizens, and of course the fact that criminals won't do their transfers through an FFL.
A9 https://docs.legis.wisconsin.gov/2013/proposals/ab9
law enforcement officers who are on duty, off-duty law enforcement officers, and former law enforcement officers and going armed with firearms

Cosponsored by Senators Gudex, L. Taylor and Kedzie
[given the lack of action on this, I'm tempted to say it's dead]
A119 https://docs.legis.wisconsin.gov/2013/proposals/ab119
S109 https://docs.legis.wisconsin.gov/2013/proposals/sb109

Cosponsored by Senators Lasee and Gudex
And here's one that's not directly firearms related...
Allows a court to order the seizure of vehicles used to commit OWI.
I think that it should be mandatory, just like any other property involved in a crime. They sure like to seize our guns, even if the only crime committed is their civil rights violation. [Who, me? Bitter?]
