This is good for th efuture of all MO. 2A rights

Good news, there were changes made during the Third Read Perfection
debate last night that removed these problem areas: It no longer
includes the 96-hour commitment language, and the flexibility of fees
was restored (ccw application/renewal). HCS SB 75 was then passed by
the House shortly after 11 pm, 123 to 29.

I do like this bill. Among other provisions, it contains teaching the
Eddie Eagle program in schools, prohibits publishing gun owners'
names, lowers the required number of shots for a ccw permit (20
practice/20 qualify with each gun, 80 shots total), removes ccw from
    DOR, and more...

Session ends tomorrow, but the Senate is expected to take up and pass
    the House version.

    No more fingerprints:

Biometric data is prohibited from being collected from the applicant.
Any state agency that has retained any documents or records, including fingerprint records provided for a concealed carry endorsement prior to August 28, 2013 must destroy them upon successful issuance of a permit.
