Wayne Co Sheriff's Dept Defines "Disorderly Conduct"

You may be cited now by Wayne Co. Sheriff for disorderly conduct if you impede a walkway, become very vocal, or interfere with "the process".

One pro-gun protester was detained temporarily and cited for disorderly conduct.

(Wayne County Chief of Police Operations Rafael Washington) said he was "impeding the walkway," "becoming very vocal," and "interfering with the process."

Yea no bias in that article... NOT.I love the fact that they (the police) kept "advising" people not to sell guns to us but go to the buy back program instead. Seems they were implying that it was illegal to sell to us.

My video taken around same time as above. Documents the blatant unequal treatment of us by the WCSD.

Not trying to be cruel here but for God's sake! The Sheriff's need to up their physical fitness standards in addition to their mental fitness standards. Let's say the OCer was a "real" bad guy - all he'd have to do is run a hundred feet &.there would be a bunch of deputies dropping like flies from heart attacks!

Any updates? I hope many of the marchers filed IA complaints with the sheriff dept. over the deputies actions that were there. The video clearly shows their conduct to be questionable at best.

he doesn't even know if they filed the charge or not yet. he has made preliminary contact with jim makowski (sean combs' attorney). jim is looking into it for him and will determine what, if any action is to be taken. that's all for now.
