I don't understand why they would ask us if we understand why they are nervous? We are the ones being drawn down on. If they were well versed and trained on Washington state law, 90% of the illegal detainments of Open Carriers would not happen. The guy in the video should have dialed 911 and reported a man brandishing a weapon. As far as badge numbers, It seems a lot of officers still are using the "fallen brother" tape over their number on their badge to hide it. They need to do something about Daniel, he is the type of guy that makes others a statistic.

The whole point of them being nervous, is because the facility is a secured international Port facility with required government background check and ID to enter with a no photography of operations rule. Ports facilities are on the top of the list for domestic and international terrorism

Well then maybe they should purchase the streets and infrastructure running through the port from the state so they can put guard mounts and access control and only allow authorized traffic.....

Quite often security training is to their direct location of operation and in this case within the confines of the port and when they proceeded outside those confines a complete and utter breakdown in their training and authority.

Actually the whole problem was the reaction and training of the customs agent.

The security company is nowhere to be seen for as soon as they were told he was doing nothing illegal that's what we passed on, but nobody listened.

Any LEO who obscures his badge number or his face is nothing more than a coward who knows he intends to violate someone's constitutional rights and doesn't want to be held accountable.
