Oregon schools..

I have been looking and looking and have found myself going in circles. Is there a distance you have to be away from a school while oc without a cpl? Because the schools near by are right on the sidewalk and major streets... I usefully cross an walk the other side of the road. Do I really have to inconvenience myself?

I don't recall there being a state level law, but believe it is a federal level.

e person knows is a school zone.2 The GFSZA defines “school zone” as: 1) in, or on the grounds of, a public, parochial or private school; or 2) within a distance of 1,000 feet from the grounds of a public, parochial or private school.


-so 1,000 feet from any school... That sucks. Ok thank you I guess I was just lookin just at Oregon laws I don't know it was on a federal level.
