CC inside of a Biolife facility? (with a CPL of course.)

Most of the time I'll OC when I'm out and about, but will CC when I'm a bit out of the comfort zone ( I'm fairly new to OC but I'm getting better by the day ;) ) wondered if a facility like Biolife would fall into the "Hospital" side of things?
