Last chance to get involved in the class action suit against the DESPP
If you have already enrolled and received one of our confirmation emails, no need to re-apply. Your name is being forwarded to Attorney Baird already.
We are seeking pistol permit holders who completed the pistol permit applicant process in Connecticut. Ideally, the permit holder would have the following qualifications:
· Applied for and received a Connecticut Pistol Permit since October 1, 2009.
· Paid the $50 state background check fee.
· Still has a valid pistol permit.
This lawsuit has already been filed and is now in Federal District Court. The lawsuit seeks to recover the fees charged against permit applicants since October 1^st, 2009. This is your chance to be involved in a real action against the state’s arbitrary polices that exist outside of the law.
A candidate may be asked to be involved in voluntary litigation or legal activities if they are chosen. If you meet most or all of these qualifications or know someone who does, please have that person email us and describe what qualifications are met.
