I just received a query from a Mr. Hearn, President of Young Americans For Liberty.
Mr. Hearn writes:
"We are huge supporters of our second amendment rights. I have heard through the vines that EKU has an open carry chapter starting on campus. We would love to work with them so if anyone has heard anything about it let me know".
While I can't believe that EKU would be willing to support OC on their campus, there might be CC. If anyone has any information that might of help to Mr. Hearn, you can reach him via the Eastern Kentucky Open Carry group page on FaceBook.
