    Board of Appeals Article

    Despite their best efforts, the Courant's article, http://www.courant.com/news/connecti...tory?track=rss, was overall pretty balanced. You could tell from the tone that the reporters hated to admit the police might be wrong when they were overturned, but they reported it anyway. Ed, didn't know you were officially a "gadfly".

    maybe thats the reason why they havent posted the results on the bfpe website yet

    Of course, the BFPE uses the wrong standard when looking into providing a permit. It should be: if you can own then a permit should be issued.

    Nothing more, nothing less ... and simple
