The sign at that park does. While the parks dept tried to sneak it in under the radar using the "except licensed carriers" which is in the ordinance they simply said "no person shall possess a firearm"
This was misleading as it did not contain the exemption and left many believing it was illegal and left the city open to civil suit should an officer violate the law.
I also suggested this section of the written rules be looked at. Parks and Recreation said they will ask the City Attorney to come up with new language for that section.
