A new movie, "Assaulted: Civil Rights Under Fire", opened this week at the Hoffman Center AMC theater complex in Alexandria, VA. The movie, by Kris Koenig, is a documentary recounting the numerous instances of civil rights violations as they pertain to the Second Amendment. It's a good movie, I think, narrated by ICE-T, and featuring commentary by Alan Gura, Dave Koppel, Oleg Volk, Gary Kleck, and others.
I went to tonight's 7:00 PM showing. The great disappointment was the fact that there were exactly three people there to see the movie, one of whom left partway through, leaving only myself and one other person in the entire theater. I think that more folks need to be aware of and support this movie to help gather a critical mass of ordinary citizens to rally around 2A defense. Just my .02.
