Common law right to resist an unlawful arrest.

Too many people know, that beating the rap is a rigged game and often no matter how innocent you may be......you are still found guilty.

At that point, I'm a criminal, and will act accordingly.

How's the saying? In for a penny, in for a pound? Might as well 'earn' my conviction.

I have no moral qualms about executing someone who is so morally corrupt that they feel the need to steal my life from me, solely to prove that they have the power to do so.

That's easier said then done.

I have been there, I value my life way too much to risk loosing it at that moment, most cops know this and take advantage of peoples natural inclination to preserve thier life over temporary loss of liberty. It's a total shame they don't recognize their life should be in jeopardy for false arrests (detainment).
