Subject: High Power Rifle - Top Gun Matches
Greetings;
In an effort to drum up some interest in the High Power Rifle Top Gun match program the overall winner (high aggregate) will win a new in the box Ruger SR22 from the proshop. I attached a crumby cell phone picture of the actual pistol, you can go to the Ruger website to see better pics. http://www.ruger.com/products/sr22Pistol/index.html?r=y all taxes and fees will be included (for Va. resident) except for the $2 charge for the background check. The prize must be picked up at the proshop.
We can only afford to do this if we have enough entries. The club has instituted a new policy concerning book keeping and submission of registration fees by club match directors, so here's the deal...
If you enter for the Top Gun award you must register and pickup your score cards for all 4 matches at match #1 on July 20, entry fee is $10 per match, 4 matches/score cards = $40. Match bulletin attached.
As always everyone is welcome to attend our monthly matches. You do not need to participate in this competition, you may come out and shoot any rifle you wish, but you must follow range commands.
Hope to see you there,
Alan Willard

the rifles are really not "high powered rifles" ... I was thinking that they were more like the Barrett 50 cal and similar or more powerful rifles ...

but still sounds like fun ..

I don't like the term "high power" .. unfortunately thats what the antis call almost any rifle
