You Can Now Bear Arms in a Post Office Parking Lot

Ah darn, I thought this was about indoors.

I have long wondered about the parking lot thing, since according to previous cases my vehicle is private property. Also the parking lot itself is not fenced of with big warning signs that say WARNING FEDERAL PROPERTY. I Just figured that if it came to a court case it wouldn't hold up and here it is.

You can if you want to risk getting arrested - I don't recommend it though.

The decision to which you refer was in the 4th Circuit, not in the 7th which would cover Wisconsin.

The best you could hope for is showing a presidence and that would possibly be off-set by decisions from other Circuits.

It ain'y a "done deal" yet.
