We are now running on a new, and hopefully much-improved, server. In addition we are also on new forum software. I don't see why he wouldn't clear?
He is not convicted, he's not under indictment, he hasn't fled from another state to avoid a warrant or subpeona, not committed to a mental hospital, no active restraining orders or DV convictions... what exact criteria would they use to block his NCIC check?

It wouldn't "feel" right.
It might offend someone.
Someone might be scared.

Zimmerman cannot get his gun back because it was included in a shipment to the Mexican drug cartels. But not to worry, they are tracking it. [not sure if sarcasm or not]

The POTUS does not want Zimmerman able to defend himself again, it's clear, as the POS of the US was just on fueling the race war. He said s h i t like it could have been him 35 years ago, little old ladies are clinging to their purses in elevators all across America when a black person is there, and crap all blacks have been followed, including him. What is this bonehead up to, my guess crisis, never let a crisis go to waste is their motto.
