    State sets seminars on public records, open meetings law.

    "Online registration for the free events will open in September. Attorney General J.B. Van Hollen's office recommends registering early because space is limited. "

    The third is a webinar done over the Internet on Oct. 31. It is broken into two parts, with the open meetings portion in the morning and the public records law in the afternoon.

    Maybe you can "tape" it ...

    Its public officials that need to attend these ... I just won 2 FOIA cases last week ... man, I get the impression that many officials just ignore the law. No seminar is going to help that.
