Filed a foia request in APR asking for the records from a town in respect to the firearms and mags that we now have to declare under PA13-3/220.

I basically copied the act regarding these sections.

DESPP stated that releasing this information may result in a safety risk for first responders. But are not WE first responders against government oppression?

Seems like DESPP is arguing that the registration requirements are unconstitutional under our 2nd amendment.

Plus, I want to be able to repel illegal police aggression. duh
