I think I control that airspace over my land ...

I suspect that you do not in fact control airspace over your land (see https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Air_rights#United_States: "In the United States, the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has the sole authority to control all airspace, exclusively determining the rules and requirements for its use.")

But regardless, I'd like to see the scope and rifle you plan on using to take out that particular piece of equipment given that it operates at 10,000 feet...
