don't know if this has been posted before. would like to open it for discussion. would the effectiveness be the bad thing?
would it be good for citizens that might need to fight the army someday?

is it about time to move to the future?

is this just the tree huggers messing with a good thing

is this the powers to be trying to ruin the US military

The new Army motto "COME CLOSER!"

This ammo is referred to as an “Enhanced Performance Round” even though Fox News carried a report showing that Army testing shows the stopping power of the round is worse than expected “at less than 150 yards.”

Really, this is another anti move .. so we will have to only have inferior ammo available to us v. the guberment (that is why they have been stockpiling maybe?)

Not as intended though if you cannot hit the target ... wonder if density is the issue concerning accuracy ... or rifling is the problem when fired ...

The comments over on AmmoLand were particularly painfully stupid.

However, this can only be a good thing. It's about time the US government laid off the lead. Citizens need it more.
