open carry within 100 feet of a school in louisiana

I am wondering if anybody knows the legality of open carry within 1000 feet of a school in Louisiana with a CPP. Without a CCP it is illegal under both state and federal law. With a CCP it is legal under federal law but I am not sure about state law. It is clearly legal to carry concealed in the zone with a permit.

I have to say the gun free school zone act is the most annoying of all federal regulations.
