Status of SB 268?

That was the senate version of HB420 by Curtman. 420 is an amendment to HB436 which is the subject of the current Rally and such. I happened (with help from my friends) to write both of these bills. SB268 is now dead, not needed because the HB436 was passed and sent to the Governor.
