That the author in his first paragraph finds this unusual astounds me. Isn't NSSF headquartered in Newtown? Why does Mr. Vigdor find it so unusual that an influx of funding would culminate there? Should all support be sent to Kileen, Tx. to avoid the impression of impropriety?
