During an attempt to arrest him, Faith wrapped his arms around a pole on his porch and Rodriguez used a “drive stun” on the man, to no effect. In a report following the incident, Rodriguez wrote that he then deployed the Taser probes, but shot his fellow officer in the head with one probe and he shot himself in the hand with the other probe. The complaint alleges that after shooting himself, Rodriguez reloaded and then shot Faith “multiple times” at which time Faith is alleged to have gone completely blind.

Old man grabs a pole...does not sound like even grounds to taser him .. but they did now he is completely blind.

nobody knows what taser effects are --- but ya know they are not good for your health.

this one is alleged to have affected an organ pretty dramatically...

Yeah. It's ok, the good officer was just 'not making him happy'.
