Stag president Mark Malkowski said his firm worked with the state police firearms unit not only for approval in writing, but also for suggestions. The company made a few changes that the firearms unit said would make the weapon harder to modify back into a traditional AR-15, taking larger, more powerful rounds known as the Remington .223.
What, they cannot design an AR that's a .223/5.56mm (or other calibers) and would be in compliance with PA13-3? tsk tsk tsk ... they are not too bright over der.
And why work with the state police? Stag should cut all ties with gov't agencies. Or they cannot understand PA13-3?
