It disingenuously starts out by talking about "military grade weaponry in the hands of civilians," but rapidly devolves into listing voluntary surrender of arms programs, concealable firearms, hunting grade firearms, any and all equipment required to load (reloading), and just to make sure it's covered all the bases, tackles all firearms not for either military or law enforcement use.
To cap it off, it calls for a creation of a UN "Police" task force to shove it all down our throats and disarm each and every American.
