Uhmm David - I can tell you from living there for many years, it is known to decease eer... I mean decrease your life span. Detroit needs to be leveled to the ground and it's population declared war refugees and relocated to safer places like compton, watts, chicago, DC, NYC...

They just did this to save money, since they issue so many certificates.... Bad leaders, Worse Cops, you get the picture. :screwy:
