We are now running on a new, and hopefully much-improved, server. In addition we are also on new forum software. Ah, you misunderstand. Nobody gets kicked out. It is all subject "internal control" by the Grand Jury. It usually starts with eye-rolling, maybe a facepalm, then progresses into, "Weren't you listening?"
I actually encourage questions. It's best to let fellow grand jurors discipline the attention hounds who are wasting everybody's time.
