Nazir Al Mujaahid May Loose Gun. New Development

    In our Pierce County herald.
Mr Nazir charged with tax fraud and may loose his gun???? What's the connection? NONE. The legal system finds ways to get rid of your gun even when cases are not connected.

The first Wisconsin concealed weapons holder to use his gun to break up an armed robbery is now charged with tax fraud. 37-year-old Nazir Al-Mujaahid of Milwaukee made headlines early last year, when he pulled out a pistol to scare off two men robbing a cashier at an Aldi's grocery store. This morning, Al-Mujaahid appeared in Milwaukee County Circuit Court on charges of theft-by-fraud, and five counts of making claims to get false income tax credits. If convicted, he might lose his right to carry a weapon. For now, he's free on a signature bond. Prosecutors said Al-Mujaahid filed false tax returns on behalf of Damien Sherrer from 2006-through-2011. Sherrer reportedly left the U-S for Egypt in '06 and never came back. Prosecutors said Al-Mujaahid placed Sherrer's false tax credits on his debit card, totaling 13-thousand dollars. The defendant also allegedly claimed Homestead tax benefits on Sherrer's behalf from 2006-to-'09. He's also accused of filing fake returns on behalf of four other people. Al-Mujaahid is quoted as telling authorities he sent some of the tax payments to Sherrer in Egypt because he was quote, "hurting for money." In last year's gun incident, Al-Mujaahid used his weapon in a store where signs prohibited people from carrying guns. He was never charged. That incident happened about three months after the state legalized the carrying of concealed weapons to law-abiding citizens with permits. - See more at: http://www.piercecountyherald.com/co....RfOdyn4L.dpuf

Isn't that just the height of chutzpah?

Government accusing a tax-victim of tax fraud and making false claims?

Government frauds and makes false claims to its tax victims hourly. Politicians lie and lie about why this or that government program is needed. Politicians lie and lie about who is actually going to benefit from their wasteful, unnecessary spending. Politicians lie and lie about how much the new stadium or subway or tunnel project is going to cost. Etc., etc., etc.

And, they want to accuse others?

    Phfffft.
I'll make you an offer: I will argue and fight for all of your rights, if you will do the same for me. That is the only way freedom can work. We have to respect all rights, all the time--and strive to win the rights of the other guy as much as for ourselves.

If I am equal to another, how can I legitimately govern him without his express individual consent?

There is no human being on earth I hate so much I would actually vote to inflict government upon him.

What the media (and apparently cops / DA) have conveniently for them omitted from the info they give out is that
Nazir had a power of attorney,
the friend filled in his own information on the forms,
the friend got his tax refund on his own debit card,
    etc.

The DOR has been hounding him since the Aldi incident, trying to find anything to make his life miserable.
They even stole his business computer, and the computers his daughters use to attend virtual school. (8 kids, dunno how many are homeschooled.)
