Not to be crude, but shut up, delete your post, and consult a lawyer. What you have described is, as I understand the law, defamation and can be pursued in civil court. It would help if your aunt knows the name of the officer. Do not go to the police station at this point.

I am not a lawyer, I do not play one on television, and I definitely did not stay in a Holiday Inn last night.:banana:

I'm with the post above mine. Delete this post and talk with an attorney. Let us know how it all turned out though. :cool:
