Notice that anything hinting of refinement or discretion or hoity-toity is discouraged as not a right. Only falling to the lowest common denominator is a right.

So, what you're comparing is being 'refined' is automatically intelligent and a given --but believing in an inherent right makes you the lowest common denomination of 'right'; therefore, automatically stupid?
