Another retarded section of the PA13-3 law.

I have no intention of spending $35 for an "ammo certificate".

Time to start re-loading ! And save some cash.

I expect cops on 1 OCT to start hassling people, asking to see their ammo certificate.

They'll be in for a rude awaking asking me.

If you have a permit, you'll likely be required to show it when purchasing ammo.

Wonder if Jonathan got a new wallet.:D
