KRS preemption statute - need a link

I am trying to encourage the RKBA groups in Ohio to pass a law like Kentucky's recently strengthened law regarding preemption - which has been used to great effect.

Could someone please supply a link to it so I can pass it on?

    Thanks much.

I was about to say that you could check the stickied thread called "Kentucky Gun Laws" but I just now noticed that the cite to 65.870 is vague and not explicitly mentioned like the others.

    Thanks much!

Maybe the OP of the thread can add preemption/link.

65.870 does seem to be the correct statute though.
