Looks like the real world for many has spread to some others. Sad, but life sucks sometimes and oh well, welcome to the other world. Who knows, we may run out of places to flee....

And what if its a cop on your property? We all remember what happened to that elderly guy in his garage just a few days ago.

    We do ?

In Elm Grove a few years ago, the cops were coming and closing garage doors when people would leave them open late at night. They would then leaving notes behind telling people they should close their door and that the police had closed it for them.
It hadn't occurred to Officer Friendly that some people might be up and around in the middle of the night who don't live first shift lives. Lets just say the dude needed a uniform change after he came in the garage and found out he wasn't alone, or the only one armed.

Maybe trespass given Wisconsin's presumption of notice. ss 943.13(1m), ss 943.14. Whoever intentionally enters without express or implied consent is guilty ...

Trespass was pointed out to him and his supervisor at the time and in a follow up phone call along with a few other fine points.

Clarify please. The only persons unwelcome are cops? Strangers are welcome?

It means the only person who ever entered un invited was a cop. So when I lived there, who should I have been most suspicious of?
