To all who have reason to be concerned.

Chief T. William Knapp, the current secretary of the Board of Firearms Permit Examiners has been replaced effective immediately.

I would like to thank him for his dedication while serving on the board.

Well, he was the one that ruled on my objections regarding the need to complete everything on the questionnaire, mostly in my favor.

He was not a spring chicken ... maybe he's moving into a free state.
