    I agree, the second amendment is outdated.

    Clearly it needs to be updated with "Congress shall make no law..." phraseology.

    You would think so, but clearly Congress & the SCOTUS thinks and has thought differently.

    Yes, the prohibition from the First Amendment does seem effective, but too narrow. No one shall make law infringing ...
