Gallop Poll Good News For Gun Rights

    http://www.gallup.com/poll/165563/re...-gun-laws.aspx

Support for greater gun control is down significantly.

Bottom line: they tried to get it passed and failed, and the country is moving on.

Rights don't depend on popularity polls. 99% could want the Right revoked, but as long as the 2A is there, so is the Right from a legal standpoint. It is there from a moral standpoint, even in the absence of the 2A.

But, hey, Democrats love their democracy, even though the Framers specifically eschewed democracy. Amazing how the party evolved into its name.

In the USSA, rights depend on popularity. I will never miss an opportunity to take a neo-liberal or kid shooting, it is the best way to undo the brainwashing.
“If the natural tendencies of mankind are so bad that it is not safe to permit people to be free, how is it that the tendencies of these organizers are always good? Do not the legislators and their appointed agents also belong to the human race? Or do they believe that they themselves are made of a finer clay than the rest of mankind? ” -Bastiat

I don't "need" to openly carry a handgun or own an "assault weapon" any more than Rosa Parks needed a seat on the bus.

How does the old saying go??? Democracy is two wolves and a lamb deciding what to have for dinner! As soon as public opinion turns, so will our rights. Zach said it best, take a liberal shooting any chance you can!
