We are now running on a new, and hopefully much-improved, server. In addition we are also on new forum software. Any move entails a lot of technical details and I suspect we will encounter a few issues as the new server goes live. Please be patient with us. It will be worth it! :)
Please help by posting all issues here.
The forum will be down for about an hour this weekend for maintenance. I apologize for the inconvenience.
I apologize if in wrong place, but this is a general question too. Yet another shooter? Seeing another shooter at Garden State Plaza? Shot out cameras? Not good..
Not condoning, but it sounds like the guy who thought this through- late when the mall's pretty empty and shots that didn't injure anyone. Shame he didn't just stay home.
The only casualty besides the shooter was the hearing of several dozen people. Unrelated: does anyone know if bystanders can sue you for causing tinnitus in a defensive shooting situation?

I'm sure they can. You can sue for pretty much anything if you feel slighted. Likely you won't have an issue, as it's rare that someone can actually prove they have lost hearing ability because of a DGU. They would have to supply before-and-after hearing tests. And really, who gets their ears checked?
